I got the cockpit at a very reasonable price (under $100 including shipping).
It shipped quickly and was easy to assemble.
With a small modification, it's also perfect for smaller people (e.g., children from about 140 cm).
For this, I purchased two 20 cm long square steel tubes measuring 25x25 mm as a connection between the wheel stand and the seat mount to connect them directly and securely.
The included connection would have been too long, and without it, everything was a bit unstable.
I already had a seat with a Double Lock Slip mechanism, which I installed at an angle (high in the front, low in the back) and installed a Logitech G923.
So everything is perfect and even somewhat similar to an F1 stand.
