When will I receive my order?
We will schedule shipments within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not schedule shipments on weekends when our warehouse is closed.
In general, you can receive your package within 3-5 business days. If affected by bad weather or epidemic, the delivery time may be delayed.
After we ship your order, we will post a tracking code on the order or email you a tracking number that you can track on the chosen carrier's website.
We offer free shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.
Currently, we can only ship within the contiguous German, United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii, and excluding any military, PO Box, APO, and FPO destinations.
If you must use these addresses, there is a $50-$100 charge for shipping to non-domestic areas in the UK and $100-$300 for shipping to non-domestic areas in the US and Canada. Please contact customer service prior to placing your order to inquire about shipping availability and specific shipping options or shipping costs.
We use FedEx, UPS, USPS,DHL and Yodel to send our orders.
We reserve the right to use discretion in circumstances where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which warehouse can deliver these products the fastest. Also, if an item is popular and is on backorder, we may ship your item at a different time and in a different package to prevent delays in your order and to get the item to you as quickly as possible.
What if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are covered by shipping and handling insurance. If an order gets stuck in customs, returned, or even lost in transit, we apologize! Logistics services are beyond our control. However, in such cases, since the package is insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and complete tracking if possible.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
The prices shown on our website are tax free. Once your order reaches its final destination, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged, as determined by your local customs department. It is your responsibility to pay these fees and taxes and we will not be liable for them. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For further details on fees and charges, please contact your local customs office. Usually, there are no duties or taxes, however, there are always rare exceptions.
